We cannot promise that every internship will lead immediately to employment. What we can promise is thoughtful preparation, continued support and a genuine opportunity to take that important next step.

They work alongside V-Excel's own professionals, who understand each participant's learning style, strengths and support needs. Together, they adapt the pace and method of instruction while keeping the learning relevant to the workplace.
The goal is not to lower expectations. It is to create the right conditions for each participant to meet them.

The Career Pathway Hub
Connecting preparation with opportunity.
The Career Pathway Hub is Vikasith's dedicated placement and employer engagement wing, connecting trained candidates with employment opportunities that are appropriate to their skills, interests and support needs.
The Hub works with candidates and employers throughout the placement process — identifying opportunities, developing employer partnerships, coordinating interviews and supporting the transition into the workplace.
Where needed, basic post-placement support helps candidates and employers navigate the early stages of employment and address practical concerns as they arise.

Starting a new job is an important milestone—but it also brings new routines, relationships, expectations and challenges.
Vikasith remains available after placement, offering job coaching, counselling and practical guidance whenever additional support is needed.
We work with the individual, family and employer to understand concerns, strengthen confidence and help resolve difficulties before they become barriers.
Support may change as confidence and independence grow. What does not change is the knowledge that you can come back to us when you need us.
Getting the job is a beginning, not an ending.

For one participant, success may be completing a first internship. For another, it may be travelling independently to work, learning to navigate a new workplace or earning a first salary.
