V-Excel Graduates
Continue your journey towards meaningful employment.
Announcement: V-Excel is now officially registered on the NSE Social Stock Exchange (SSE), effective 14 May 2026.
Where preparation meets opportunity.
Every individual deserves the opportunity to discover their strengths, build meaningful skills and contribute confidently in the workplace.
Vikasith prepares young adults with disabilities for employment through practical vocational training, industry partnerships, structured internships and personalised support. Together, we build not only careers, but confidence, independence and purpose.
Every participant who successfully completes the Vikasith programme will be supported towards a structured internship with one of our employer partners, providing the opportunity to apply their learning in a real workplace.
While meaningful employment depends on many factors, our commitment is to ensure that every participant is prepared, supported and given the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities.
Vikasith welcomes young adults with disabilities who are ready to prepare for employment, develop practical workplace skills and build greater independence.
Continue your journey towards meaningful employment.
Take the next step from education into the workplace.
Participants referred by partner organisations who wish to strengthen employability and workplace readiness.
Individuals approaching Vikasith directly, regardless of where their educational journey has begun.
Wherever your journey has begun, you are welcome here.
Every participant who successfully completes the Vikasith programme will be supported towards a structured internship, giving them the opportunity to apply their learning, experience a real workplace and demonstrate what they can do.
We cannot promise that every internship will lead immediately to employment. What we can promise is thoughtful preparation, continued support and a genuine opportunity to take that important next step.
Vikasith offers practical training across a growing range of vocational pathways, helping participants discover their interests, develop workplace skills and explore where their strengths may lead.
Our pathways will continue to evolve in response to individual aspirations, industry needs and meaningful employment opportunities.
Developing practical skills for cafés, kitchens, food service and other hospitality environments.
Learning preparation, production, hygiene, organisation and teamwork within structured food environments.
Building skills in customer interaction, merchandising, stock handling and day-to-day retail operations.
Developing confidence with documentation, filing, data entry, office routines and administrative tasks.
Building practical computer skills and experience with digital tools used in contemporary workplaces.
Learning stock organisation, packing, inventory handling and other structured workplace processes.
The right pathway is not simply about learning a skill. It is about discovering where your abilities can take you.
Learning a vocation requires more than knowing how to perform a task. It requires understanding how that skill is used in a real workplace.
At Vikasith, vocational instruction is delivered by subject-area and industry experts who bring practical knowledge, current workplace practices and real-world expectations into the learning environment.
They work alongside V-Excel's own professionals, who understand each participant's learning style, strengths and support needs. Together, they adapt the pace and method of instruction while keeping the learning relevant to the workplace.
The goal is not to lower expectations. It is to create the right conditions for each participant to meet them.
Employment readiness does not happen all at once. At Vikasith, each participant moves through the journey at a pace that reflects their strengths, interests and support needs.
From discovering possibilities to experiencing the workplace and building a career, every stage prepares the way for what comes next.
Understanding strengths, interests, abilities and the kinds of work that may be a good fit.
Building vocational skills alongside communication, confidence, workplace behaviour and independence.
Applying learning through hands-on tasks, simulated work experiences and practical assignments.
Experiencing a real workplace through a structured internship, with guidance and support along the way.
Working with participants and inclusive employers to identify suitable roles and create meaningful employment opportunities.
Providing job coaching, counselling and workplace support whenever they are needed after placement.
Growing in confidence, responsibility and independence—and beginning to see employment as a pathway to a fuller life.
Preparing individuals for employment is only one part of the journey. Meaningful inclusion also depends on workplaces that recognise ability, create opportunity and are willing to grow alongside their employees.
Vikasith invites businesses, institutions and organisations to partner with us in creating structured internships and meaningful employment opportunities for adults with disabilities.
Create structured opportunities for participants to experience real workplaces, apply their skills and build confidence.
Work with us to identify appropriate roles and develop sustainable pathways to meaningful employment.
We help managers and colleagues understand individual support needs and prepare for a successful inclusive workplace.
Our involvement does not end with placement. We remain available to participants and employers for guidance, problem-solving and support.
Whether you are taking your first step towards workplace inclusion or building on an existing initiative, we will walk the journey with you.
The Career Pathway Hub is Vikasith's dedicated placement and employer engagement wing, connecting trained candidates with employment opportunities that are appropriate to their skills, interests and support needs.
The Hub works with candidates and employers throughout the placement process — identifying opportunities, developing employer partnerships, coordinating interviews and supporting the transition into the workplace.
Where needed, basic post-placement support helps candidates and employers navigate the early stages of employment and address practical concerns as they arise.
Building relationships with inclusive employers and identifying appropriate workplace opportunities.
Considering individual skills, interests and support needs when exploring suitable roles.
Coordinating employer interactions, interviews and the practical steps involved in placement.
Providing basic follow-up to candidates and employers during the transition into the workplace.
Starting a new job is an important milestone—but it also brings new routines, relationships, expectations and challenges.
Vikasith remains available after placement, offering job coaching, counselling and practical guidance whenever additional support is needed.
We work with the individual, family and employer to understand concerns, strengthen confidence and help resolve difficulties before they become barriers.
Support may change as confidence and independence grow. What does not change is the knowledge that you can come back to us when you need us.
Getting the job is a beginning, not an ending.
For one participant, success may be completing a first internship. For another, it may be travelling independently to work, learning to navigate a new workplace or earning a first salary.
At Vikasith, we recognise progress in all its forms. Employment is an important goal, but so are the confidence, independence, relationships and sense of purpose that grow along the way.
Feeling comfortable in a professional environment, communicating with colleagues and becoming part of a team.
Taking greater responsibility for routines, decisions, travel and the everyday demands of working life.
Applying newly developed skills in a real workplace and discovering what it means to contribute.
Finding work that reflects an individual's strengths while providing opportunities to learn, contribute and earn.
Growing into a role, navigating challenges and building the confidence and skills needed to remain successfully employed.
Discovering that one opportunity can lead to another— greater responsibility, new skills, different roles and an evolving career.
Success is not simply finding a job. It is discovering what becomes possible when opportunity meets ability.
Vikasith is led by professionals who bring together an understanding of individual strengths, workplace readiness and the opportunities that meaningful employment can create.
Working closely with participants, families, industry experts and employer partners, our team helps turn preparation into confident steps towards the world of work.
