National Convention for Education:
The National "
messages+=" Convention for Education was held at Hotel Taj Connemera in Chennai on 12th February 2011. Our Founder-"
messages+=" Director, Dr. Vasudha Prakash, was invited as one of the speakers. The sessions revolved around development "
messages+=" of the five important elements namely Social, Physical, Intellectual, Creative, and Emotional skills, in the "
messages+=" growing years of children, especially at the kindergarten level. Dr. Vasudha focused on the 'Emotional aspect "
messages+=" of development' as a vital parameter for healthy, holistic growth of an individual. "

Dr. Vasudha on Jaya Plus:

messages+=" This month, Dr. Vasudha was also invited to speak on various disability-related topics on the television "
messages+=" channel, Jaya Plus. The channel is presenting a series on the subject to build awareness amongst the common "
messages+=" public and to address specific issues faced by parents of children with learning problems. We are happy to "

Lectures and Workshops

messages+=" Dr. Vasudha conducted a half-day workshop for Cognizant Technological Services (CTS). The subject was "
messages+=" Relationship Management. Another workshop was in form of lectures to the second year students of Ethiraj "
messages+=" College. The topics were 'Significance of Family', 'Nurturing Relationship' and 'Cooperation and "
messages+=" Understanding'. Dr. Vasudha and Ms. Parimal Pandit conducted these lectures. "

GFCF Program at Sheraton Park
"
messages+=" V-excel Educational Trust along with The Welcom Sheraton Park organised the event that also saw the release "
messages+=" of a GFCF-special recipe book titled Special Children Special Food by the chefs of The Welcom Hotel Sheraton "
messages+=" Park. The recipes were compiled by chef Praveen Anand, who also showcased a demo of some of the recipes "
messages+=" in the book. Dr Kousalya Nathan, lifestyle management consultant, listed out the step-by-step process to "
messages+=" follow the GFCF diet. "

messages+=" by eminent personalities from across the film industry. Women Achiever’s Award were awarded to Dr. Revathi "
